Las personas no necesitan recurrir a la justicia para este reconocimiento. Es el poder administrador que debe distribuir tecnológica y universalmente los dineros necesarios para superar esta situación.

La asignación universal, asegura el inmediato acceso al consumo de las necesidades básicas de alimentos, educación, salud, vivienda, transporte, indumentaria, comunicación, servicios públicos y esparcimiento para todos los millones de personas del país.
